Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns and exchanges are only accepted if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@vexarya.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

We do not accept returns for opened or used perfume products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Sales are available only within the United Arab Emirates.
